WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Taud Enteprises Pty Ltd is a wholesaler and deals with retailers only. Retailers be sure to read these terms carefully before you order. Each order you place with us, will be subject to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to alter our trading terms and conditions at any time.

ORDERS:
·  Items not in stock at the time your order will unfortunatly not be placed on backorder.

RETURN/WARRANTY:
·  Please choose carefully as we do not exchange or refund.
·  Goods that are faulty can be exchanged or credited within 14 days.
·  Warranty on all goods purchased is three months.

FREIGHT/DELIVERY:
·  All costs relating to delivery or freight are to be born by the retailer.
·  We are not liable for any delivery delays encountered after the despatch of orders.
·  Delivery time is usually 2-5 business days from the time you order.

PAYMENT:
·  All payment in advance, unless otherwise approved by management.
·  We accept cash, business cheque, Bankcard, Visa or Mastercard and Direct Deposit.
